Taking a shot....

So here it is people...

You've heard about it in the papers, you've seen it on TV and for a while back there it was in everyone and any one's lips...

Hamilton Island is looking for a "Chaperone" and, according to Tourism Australia, it could be anyone who fulfilled these requirements:
Speak English (obviously)
Know how to dive
Know how to Sail
And most of all a good communicator...

Over 100,000 applicants sent their videos through, a pretty low number when you think about it... since who wouldn't want to get this job? Seriously??

As the doubtful called it a scam, the pessimists called it the "Longest shot" one could ever dream about and sat back, Portuguese cried out for injustice as "we can't access the website properly, it's not fair" , I watched thousands taking a shot at it; from Cuba to Finland, from Canada to South Africa; Doctors, nurses, journalists, biologists, climbers, rockers, models, actors (some of them pretty bad ones, I am sorry to say), you name it; from old to young, singles, couples, families and pets....

More than believing that they will ever get the job, all come down under the same hope that can never be put out:

Why not me?

After gathering some friends around, exchanging some ideas and trying o put it on camera, here is what came out...
